The Campus Pastor will oversee the life and direction of a Road To Life Church Campus under the direction and leadership of the Directional Leadership Team. The Campus Pastor must be called and passionate about Road To Life Church, the vision, contagious culture and strategy of RTLC and the ability to align staff, key leadership, and dream team members. The Campus Pastor will offer pastoral leadership to the campus as well as ensure that the systems, practices, and policies of the church responsibly and effectively support the ministry activities of Road To Life Church.
KIDS MINISTRY DIRECTOR
The Road To Life Kids Ministry Director will work alongside the Road To Life Kids Ministry team to provide leadership, vision and direction that creates a life giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, parents, and volunteer team at one of our Campuses. The Road To Life Kids Ministry Director will oversee all weekend services and ministry events that take place at their Campus.
The worship pastor will be the “producer” of each worship service and special programs. Although the senior pastor is the “director” in terms of setting the theme and overall direction, the worship pastor will oversee and coordinate all the details that a service encompasses. The worship pastor must be a visionary who is creative in leading people to God. The worship pastor is a leader who can communicate a direction in a way that inspires those around him/her to join in the pursuit of that vision. This position is a pastoral one that therefore requires the individual to serve not solely as a musical or performing arts director but also as a shepherd to the people who serve in this ministry.
Primary Audio Engineer for a church. Setup for rehearsals and mix worship services. Facilitate the quality for everything sound related that is part of the service. Works directly with worship pastor with sound needs and goals. Performs basic maintenance of equipment. Setup for Special Events.
- Assists with band equipment setup
- Cabling and patching
- Mic Choice and placement
- Mixing the service, while respecting OSHA guidelines to ensure safe audio levels
- Working with Digital Audio Consoles
- Brief other Audio Engineer on current system setup
- Basic Maintenance and repair of Audio gear
- 1 year minimum Live Audio Engineering
- Experience in pro audio systems
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Great communication skills, with a positive can-do attitude
- As a minimum, this position requires a high school diploma (or GED) and at least 1 year of hands-on Lighting experience.
Set up, operate, maintain and repair lighting equipment used to produce church services, program lighting shows for Sunday services and other services. Be familiar and trained in DMX and universes. Able to learn CHAMSYS lighting board. He/she will work under the Tech Director, serve as the onsite consultant to the pastoral staff in all matters related to Lighting, and will participate in service planning and Creative Team meetings as needed. Candidates must be self-motivated, creative and flexible with strong communication skills and the ability to interact with coworkers and volunteer teams, often under deadline pressure.
As a minimum, this position requires a high school diploma (or GED) and at least 2-3 years of hands-on Lighting experience. Candidates with an associate degree, or higher, in Audio Visual Technology, or a related field, such as Digital Media are preferred. Credentialing, such as the Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification may also enhance job opportunities.
Must be able to operate, install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Lighting equipment used in multimedia productions. Knowledge of video camera and lighting techniques is helpful, as is familiarity with video streaming, editing and software. In addition to being proficient with computer systems used in multimedia production, this position will require some light IT duties (including routine updates & troubleshooting of church computers, routers and servers).
