Who's Your Daddy

Jun 21, 2026    Pastor Dave Gargano

What if everything you've ever done, every word you've ever spoken, and every choice you've ever made has been quietly revealing who your true Father is? On this Father's Day, Pastor Dave opened John 8 with a question that cut straight to the heart: *"Who's your daddy?"* Drawing from Jesus' bold confrontation with the Pharisees, Pastor Dave revealed that your life is a mirror—reflecting whoever calls the shots in your soul. Just like squeezing an orange produces orange juice, whatever is truly inside you will pour out under pressure. Pastor Dave's unique gift is his raw, unfiltered transparency—sharing his own journey of not knowing his biological father until age 11, and losing him at 17—to remind every person that a perfect heavenly Father is always present, always reaching. Whether you're wounded by an absent dad, drowning in addiction, or simply going through the motions of faith, God is not finished with your story. He heard you, He taught you, He *sent* you—and He's waiting for you to step into that calling. Don't leave unchanged. Lean into His presence, surrender what's holding you back, and discover once and for all that your heavenly Father has never stopped pursuing you.

John 8:25 Then they said to Him, “Who are You?”

And Jesus said to them, “Just what I have been saying to you from the beginning. 26 I have many things to say and to judge concerning you, but He who sent Me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I heard from Him.”

27 They did not understand that He spoke to them of the Father.

28 Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things. 29 And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.”

Vs 44 You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.

Vs 59 Then they took up stones to throw at Him; but Jesus hid Himself and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.

Vs 26 I have many things to say and to judge concerning you, but He who sent Me is true; and I speak to the world those things which I heard from Him.”

Vs 28 Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things.

Vs 29 And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him.”

Vs 38 I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you do what you have seen with your father.”
